Our journey to four stunning Caribbean islands begins in Antigua, where we explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Nelson’s Dockyard at English Harbour. Known for its beaches, Antigua’s tropical countryside, everyday picturesque village life and gentle rolling hills will captivate you. However nothing is more fitting in this part of the world than a day out on a catamaran with music, food and snorkelling to enjoy the tropical Caribbean Sea! With time to explore Antigua, next we make our way to Montserrat by ferry, to take in the spectacular views of this little volcanic island. From here we enjoy a quick flight to Dominica, called "the nature island” where we explore the Indian River mangroves and wetlands. With Dominica’s outstanding bio diversity and rich flora and fauna, we enjoy UNESCO World Heritage Site Morne Trois Pitons National Park, lush rain forests, Middlehman Waterfall and a nature spa. Our time in this remarkable destination includes plenty of island sightseeing, including snorkelling at the famous Champagne beach and a hands-on cooking class. From Dominica we take a flight or speed boat to the stunning mountain peaks, lush rainforest and perfectly turquoise water of St. Lucia. Visit the only drive-in volcano in the world and experience the Creole traditions of this island. The pair of dramatically tapered mountains of St. Lucia, called The Pitons and a UNESCO World Heritage site, will leave an impression on you, as will the food, scenery and culture of these Caribbean islands.

Upon arrival in Antigua you will be met at the airport and transferred to our comfortable hotel in the north of Antigua, located right on the beach in Dickenson Bay.Our included transfer will pickup from the airport on day one of the trip. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Starfish Halcyon Cove Resort (or similar).

Today you explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site at Nelson's Dockyard at English Harbour and walk the trails that were part of the daily routine during the years spent defending the island. Enjoy the best that Antigua has to offer – Carpenters Rock Trail, white sand beaches and turquoise water, and stunning vistas of the UNESCO World Heritage Antigua’s Naval Dockyard at English Harbour! Sample the street food along the route - savour rich flavors and fresh taste sensations, and to taste a part of the history, heart and soul of Antigua. Overnight at Starfish Halcyon Cove Resort (or similar).

Few things are as relaxing as sunbathing on deck of a catamaran sailing the beautiful Caribbean Sea, all the more if such a cruise heads for a reef where you spend an incredible vacation day snorkeling in pristine and friendly waters. This tour will showcase everything from crystal clear bays to fish stocked reefs, just perfect for snorkelling. There’ll also be music and fun company, as well as a Caribbean style buffet lobster lunch. After 5 hours on the Catamaran, we will return in the afternoon to our hotel in Antigua. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Starfish Halcyon Cove Resort (or similar).

Today is your special day to do nothing, a lazy day to relax and rejuvenate. Be prepared to be pampered by our local foods and special blends of natural ingredients from fresh papaya and pineapple, or tropical mango and passion fruit. Relax a day on the beach or choose one of our optional activities (additional cost). Options include a cycling Antigua trip, a local cooking experience or a guided walk along the Wallings Dam trail. Overnight at Starfish Halcyon Cove Resort (or similar).

Add another port of call to your itinerary by taking our day tour to the Emerald Isle of the Caribbean, Montserrat. You will be picked up early in the morning and transferred to the port from where we take the ferry to Montserrat. This unique little island, still British, is the only place in the world outside of Ireland that celebrates St. Patrick's Day as a National holiday. Almost 23 years ago the Soufriere Hills Volcano erupted, and visits to the Cultural Centre, the National Trust and the Botanical Gardens will help tell the story of this catastrophic event. At the Volcano Observatory you will gain a scientific perspective about this little volcanic island. Today you will also go through Plymouth, the main town prior to the eruption, and onward to the new town centre at Little Bay and then onto the north point to Jack Boy Hill. There will be spectacular views and great opportunities for photography of the landscapes, as well as lunch at the famous Olveston House. After an interesting day on Montserrat we return to Antigua for a last night at our Resort Hotel at Dickenson Bay. Overnight at Starfish Halcyon Cove Resort (or similar).

Today your adventure continues and we are taking an early 30-minute flight from Antigua to Dominica (additional cost). After our arrival in Dominica we transfer to the pier of the Indian River, up which we will have a guided rowing boating tour to explore the mangroves and wild life. For bird watchers or nature-lovers this 90 minute rowing boat-trip up the Indian River is perfect. Glide through the mangroves and wetlands of this brackish river with your personal guide who will tell you everything about the incredible flora and fauna en route. Next we have a short transfer to Fort Shirley, a large 18th-century British garrison which once housed 600 soldiers and located upon the twin hills of the Cabrits (which towers over the town of Portsmouth). This site provides important examples of 18th century defence systems, as well as excellent panoramic viewing of Prince Rupert Bay and the town, and is a perfect location for a picnic lunch. We will also visit a cold volcanic feature and learn about the islands geological history. From here you end your northern discovery adventure and we head to our accommodation for the night. Overnight Petite Paradis or similar.

Meals:  B,L,D

Today is your first opportunity to enjoy the wild Roseau Valley. The day has a relaxed pace and your guide will ensure your are enjoying the walk. We start with a visit to the majestic Trafalgar Waterfalls and sulphur springs – the perfect introduction to our island geography and our picturesque landscapes and exotic flora and fauna. Next continue to the community of Laudat (located in the Morne Trois Pitons National Park UNESCO accredited World Heritage Site) and to the Fresh Water Lake. This lake sits in the backdrop of the greenery and mist and in the crispness of the clean mountain breeze. At this serene and tranquil location there is time to explore and enjoy the surroundings and to have a closer view of the lake. Just west of the Fresh Water Lake a short transfer will take you to the Middleham Estate, from where you can do a one-hour walk along a well-maintained trail through thick primary rainforest to the Middlehman Waterfall. From the visitor centre the worn trail rises and winds through the dense forest over streams before emerging at the Middleham Falls. The Middleham waterfall is the tallest on island and towers to approximately 200 feet high. It has a deep basin that allows walkers a well-earned cooling swim. Next, it’s off to Wotten Waven for a nature spa experience and an opportunity to rejuvenate, and regain your sense of wellness. Be pampered by Dominica’s unspoilt nature - in the solace of our hot water pools and bubbling sulphur mud baths. Overnight Petite Paradis or similar.

Meals:  B,L,D

Today will possibly be the highlight of your holidays as you explore a rich underwater treasure in champagne reef and also experience a soft side to Dominica on a cooking adventure. From your hotel a short transfer will take you to the world famous Champagne beach, where you will snorkel through a jet of bubbles. Much like swimming in a glass of champagne and through a stream of bubbles that rises from a submerged volcanic vent in the sea floor. See juvenile and adult fish as well as colourful sponge and coral growths. In the afternoon we continue onto your Cooking Caribbean adventure - our authentic hands-on culinary experience at a family home in the foothills of Morne Anglais. Have fun while we share our colourful stories served with a helping or two of herb infused rum. Cook in our purpose built kitchen set amid lush tropical gardens and enjoy great views. Learn how herbs and fresh organic products are used in Caribbean cuisine as you experience a slice of local life. A food and family lifestyle experience much lauded by experts, Cooking Caribbean is unique, sassy, and great tasting. Overnight Petite Paradis or similar.

Meals:  B,L,D

Today is our last day on Dominica and we have the opportunity to journey back to the ancestry in an experience which will lead you to Kalinago mythology and to an experience with Dominica’s indigenous people. The Kalinago are the descendants of the Amerindian people who travelled the Caribbean archipelago some 2,000 years ago. From your accommodation in the Roseau Valley, this scenic transfer will tak you through a residential section of the capital Roseau and along the west coast and up into the reaches of the interior where greenery and lush vegetation awaits. You will go past fields once cultivated in bananas, but today most are abandoned – a result of the crippling blow dealt by Hurricane Maria, and changing economic fortunes. Your first stop will be at the Emerald Pool, and an opportunity for a swim. From here you continue north through the villages of Castle Bruce and the hamlets of the Kalinago Territory. This offers some perspective of Kalinago life styles and also opens up fantastic views of the Atlantic east coast and the lush Pagua Valley. You also visit the Kalinago Barana Aute, where you can experience the authentic heritage of the last remaining Kalinago people of the Caribbean. From here we continue to the airport for a short flight over to St. Lucia (additional cost). Alternatively, we can organise a transfer by boat (additional cost). Upon arrival in St. Lucia you will be welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel. Overnight St. Lucia.

Meals:  B,L,D

After breakfast at your resort you will be picked up at 9am for an island excursion along the west coast of St. Lucia. Truly discover the island as you wind your way through banana plantations, through two traditional fishing villages, along the west coast of the island and the island’s rich tropical vegetation before coming onto the highly celebrated town of Soufriere to enjoy breathtaking views of the world renowned majestic twin peaks, the Pitons, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Sulphur Springs in the Drive In Volcano and the enchanting Diamond Botanical Gardens and Waterfall. Enjoy a sumptuous lunch at the beautiful Mango Tree Restaurant with magnificent views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Visit the Soufriere Catholic Church and stroll along the town’s waterfront before returning to your hotel. Overnight St. Lucia.

Meals:  B,L,D

Today is free day in St. Lucia where you can relax by the sea or discover different parts of the island by yourself. Overnight St. Lucia.
