WHERE AND WHY DURING JANUARY AND FEBRUARY?

• Patagonia: Patagonia has a small window of walking opportunity and due to the more stable weather and slightly warmer days, January is a popular choice for many trekkers, so it pays to book your trip well in advance. 
• Tasmania: Another popular deep south walking destination offering more stable weather during January. It's been known to snow during December however January historically is much warmer, and provides very pleasant walking conditions.
• Nepal: The Annapurna and Everest regions are graced with clear, blue skies due to the colder days. Thanks to our eco-camps, which provide heated dining tents and comfortable, warm raised beds, you'll sleep more comfortably after a day of trekking during a time when the trails are not as busy.
• Kilimanjaro: It is the warmest time of year where there is the lowest chance of clouds, which could reward you with unobstructed vistas from above.
