What is the prize?

One winner will receive a World Expeditions travel voucher valued $5,000. The voucher can be used towards a qualifying World Expeditions trek.

What type of trip can I use the voucher on?

The voucher can be used on a World Expeditions multi-day trekking itinerary of three (3) days or more that is listed on the World Expeditions website. It cannot be used on water-based trips (including rafting, kayaking, canoeing, cruising or sailing) or day-walk programs.

What does the voucher cover?

The voucher is valid for land content only as outlined in the chose itinerary. It cannot be used for flights, travel insurance, visas or other third-party costs.

Can I use the voucher for more than one person?

Yes. The voucher may be used by one person or shared across multiple travellers on the same booking. The voucher must be redeemed in a single booking, and any unused portion will be forfeited.

When can I use the voucher?

The voucher may only be applied to new bookings made on or after 14 April 2026 and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or previously confirmed bookings.

How long is the voucher valid for?

The voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date the winner is drawn and must be booked and used within that period.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter, complete the online entry form during the promotion period, which runs from 9 January 2026 to 13 April 2026. No purchase is required.

Do I need to stay subscribed to World Expeditions emails?

Yes. By entering, you agree to receive World Expeditions email newsletters and must remain subscribed at the time the winner is drawn to be eligible to win.

When and how is the winner chosen?

The winner will be drawn at random on 14 April 2026 from all valid entries and notified by email. The winner’s name may also be announced via World Expeditions social channels and e-news.

1. Promoter

The promoter is World Expeditions Ottawa.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 9 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 13 April 2026 (9:59am EDT on 13 April 2026). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
  • Open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of World Expeditions and related entities, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
  • One entry per person only.
4. How to Enter
  • Complete the online entry form during the Promotion Period.
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Agree to receive World Expeditions marketing communications and remain subscribed at the time the winner is drawn.

No purchase is required to enter.

5. Prize
  • One (1) winner will receive USD $5,000 in World Expeditions travel credit.
  • Voucher may be used towards a World Expeditions trekking itinerary of three (3) days or more listed on the World Expeditions website.
  • Voucher is valid only for multi-day trekking products and excludes water-based itineraries and day walks.
  • Voucher may be used by one person or shared across multiple travellers on the same booking.
  • Voucher is valid for land content only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Prize Validity & Use
  • Voucher is valid for one (1) year from the draw date.
  • Voucher may only be applied to new bookings made on or after 14 April 2026.
  • Voucher must be redeemed in a single booking. Any unused portion will be forfeited.
  • Any costs above the voucher value are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Draw Details
  • The winner will be drawn at random on 14 April 2026.
  • The draw will take place in Sydney, Australia.
  • The promoter’s decision is final.
8. Winner Notification
  • The winner will be notified by email.
  • The winner’s name may be announced via World Expeditions social channels and e-news.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn.
9. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the World Expeditions Privacy Policy.
