Private Group Travel

Create your own Adventure Travel experience

Private group travel is the ultimate way to see the world how YOU want. Travel with friends, family, colleagues or any special interest group on an adventure tailored to your pace, passions and preferred dates.

Whether you’re planning a hiking club escape, a photography-focused journey, a multi-generational family trip or a team adventure, we can customise an existing itinerary or design a completely new experience from scratch.

Private Group Travel Options

Choose the group style that best fits your plans. Share your details in the form at the bottom of the page and we’ll be in touch.

Private Groups & Special Interest Travel▼

Create a private departure for friends, partners or like-minded travellers and experience an adventure shaped around your shared interests.

  • Customise one of our existing itineraries
  • Select your own private departure date
  • Add or remove elements to suit your group style

From trekking, cycling and wildlife to cultural, wellness or photography-focused journeys, no two private group adventures need to look the same.

Family Adventures▼

Family adventure holidays are an exceptional way to bond through shared, meaningful experiences.

Many of our adventures suit a wide range of ages and travel at a relaxed pace. Some trips are designed specifically for families, while others are ideal for families with children aged 12 and over.

Many itineraries can be tailored for families with younger children, allowing you to balance adventure, comfort and safety.

Corporate & Team Adventures▼

A shared adventure is a powerful way to build trust, resilience and connection within a team.

Our corporate adventures can be customised to suit your objectives, group size and preferred comfort level — from fully supported lodge-based trips to remote, unplugged wilderness experiences.

Schools & Youth Expeditions▼

School and youth expeditions are delivered through our specialist education division, World Expeditions Schools.

For curriculum-led, safe and meaningful learning experiences for students, please visit:
